Besides seafood specialties of the coastal area, Nha Trang is also known for a unique dish: Grilled beef of Lac Canh restaurant.
Lac Canh restaurant is located at the corner of Nguyen Binh Khiem and Ngo Quyen Street but every day, hundreds of tourists come here to eat. At first, Lac Canh restaurant was just simple house with two simple floors, then widen further to the side of the restaurant and added reception area in front of the restaurant (Nguyen Binh Khiem Street) but still seemed overloaded because of its popularity.

The recipe to marinate Lac Canh beef is considered as the secret of family heirloom, and can only be passed on to relatives, employees or diners cannot know. Beef is only soft loin; combine with special marinade to create a delicious, sweet, slightly sweet, attractive color. Grilled beef served with green salad, vinegar and bread. The gourmets often break the bread out, dipped in marinated water to grill on the oven. Bread will be crispy, tastier. Grilled beef is often marinated; if guests prefer to be richer, they can use red chili salt or soy sauce. Guests want to enjoy can grill by themselves. If be lazy, guests can ask the staff to bake for them. Grilled beef should be eaten hot, but must be baked in pink coat.
